The Feathers Empire Dress by Heavy Rotation is hands down the most frequently worn item currently in my wardrobe. I wear it an unhealthy amount, but I simply cannot help it. It's shaped like a dress, but cozy and warm and literally screams at me to put it on every time I glance its way. Ok, not literally. I enjoy wearing it with these and these.I got mine at Fancy Tiger Clothing here in Denver, which is small, but incredibly well-curated. If you live here, you need to go there. If you don't, buy this online. Your cozy/chic sensor will thank you.
